Shipping Policies

  • Membership plans include free shipping for a screen protector and charging cable replacements using Standard Shipping.
  • If members opt for faster shipping methods, the following fees will apply:
    • Priority Shipping: $14.99 (2-3 business days)
    • Overnight Shipping: $39.99 (next business day, orders placed before 1:00 PM EST)
  • Each membership tier has a limit on the number of free shipping waivers per year. Any additional claims will incur a shipping fee of $7.99. Unless members opt for faster shipping methods as stated above.
  • Members must purchase the initial tempered glass screen protector at full price to qualify for replacements.
  • Replacement requests must be for the same device model as originally registered. Abuse of the replacement policy may result in termination of membership without refund.
  • Replacements due to incorrect application or accidental damage are covered, but lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of GadgetCare Pros.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility

  • The GadgetCare+ Membership is available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and conditions. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who enrolled.

2. Membership Fees and Billing

  • Membership fees are charged monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected (Essentials, Pro, or Elite).
  • Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of the membership will stop future billing but will not result in a refund of already charged fees.
  • All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Points and Rewards Program

  • Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases at GadgetCare Pros.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Every 20 points can be redeemed for $1 towards future purchases. Redemption can only be applied to GadgetCare Pros products, excluding membership fees and shipping costs.
  • Points earned through purchases never expire, while points earned through the membership will expire if the membership is canceled or inactive for 12 consecutive months.

4. Shipping and Replacement Policies

  • Membership plans include free shipping for screen protector and charging cable replacements using Standard Shipping. Members opting for faster shipping methods (Priority or Overnight) will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.
  • Each membership tier has a limit on the number of free shipping waivers per year. Any additional claims will incur a shipping fee of $7.99.

5. Discounts and Perks

  • Discounts on GadgetCare products and repair services (as specified by the membership tier) cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Discounts do not apply to third-party products or services.

6. Membership Renewal and Cancellation

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly or annually unless canceled by the member prior to the next billing date.
  • Cancellation can be done through the GadgetCare Pros account portal. Upon cancellation, all benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle but will not renew.
  • GadgetCare Pros reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time for misuse of benefits, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • GadgetCare Pros is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to membership usage or product purchases.
  • Any disputes regarding the membership must be addressed directly with GadgetCare Pros via customer service.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  • GadgetCare Pros reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the membership at any time. Members will be notified of changes 30 days prior to implementation, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Membership Policies

A. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used months or unused services within the membership period.
  • Refunds for faulty or defective products purchased outside of the membership fee will follow the standard return policy of GadgetCare Pros (within 30 days of purchase with proof of defect).

B. Membership Usage

  • Members are responsible for maintaining their own account information, including keeping payment details up to date. Failure to update information may result in termination of the membership.
  • Abuse of membership benefits, such as excessive replacement claims or sharing of discount codes, may result in suspension or cancellation of the membership without refund.

C. Replacement Requests

  • Replacements are subject to review by GadgetCare Pros. Excessive or repeated requests may be flagged for further investigation.
  • GadgetCare reserves the right to deny replacement requests if abuse is suspected, and a reasonable administrative fee may be applied for excessive claims.

D. Points Program

  • Points can only be redeemed for qualifying purchases and cannot be applied to shipping, membership fees, or taxes.
  • GadgetCare Pros reserves the right to adjust point allocations or change the points program at any time, with a 30-day notice to members.
  • In the event of membership cancellation, all accumulated points will be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the GadgetCare+ Membership will first be addressed through customer service. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the state of California, under the applicable laws of the United States. Members waive their rights to class action lawsuits and agree to resolve disputes individually.
